The kindness focus yoga flow is mountain pose, warrior 2 pose, and tree pose. Over the course of my $30 for 30 days, i found kindness yoga to be an exceptional place to practice. As the state of nj government lifts orders, we will carefully evaluate when and where we feel comfortable to gradually reopen our studio doors. The important idea to keep in mind is always to follow the inner feeling.
